AUTHOR'S NOTE: This treatment contains essential oils, so it's a good idea to carry out a small skin reaction test before using it for the first time: apply a drop of treatment to the hollow of your elbow and wait 48 hours. If no symptoms appear (redness, itching), you can use La belle au soin drainant as you wish!
Anti-cellulite massages.
For targeted action against cellulite, we recommend applying this treatment using the palper rouler technique. This massage promotes microcirculation and circulates fat trapped in adipocytes (the cells on the skin's surface that give rise to cellulite). Incorporated into your daily routine, it will help reduce water retention and the appearance of cellulite.
Apply 1/2 1 full pipette of treatment to the targeted area, it will accentuate the massage effect and fluidify the touch. However, don't add too much product, as you may find it difficult to smooth out the movements afterwards. Pinch the skin between thumb and forefinger, starting from the bottom of the area to be massaged. Gradually work your way up, keeping pressure in your fingers, pinching lightly each time, then moving along your thigh/leg or stomach. Don't underestimate the regularity of this treatment! You'll see real results thanks to this treatment.

Here we are on page 279 of the My Mira magic grimoire. Here you'll find our secret recipe (actually more secret than secret) for firming your skin and draining what needs draining. A blend of organically grown oils.
.Recognized for its shaping and firming properties, Fenugreek oil (derived from the maceration of Fenugreek seeds in Sunflower oil) has been applied to the chest and buttocks since ancient times. What's more, its firming and regenerating effect helps combat skin ageing. Try it, adopt it.
This oil combines the protective and regenerating power of essential fatty acids (omega-6 and 9). Multi-unsaturated, it deeply softens and moisturizes the skin. The calophyllolides it contains give it an anti-inflammatory and blood-thinning action.
Sunflower oil
Often used as a carrier oil in the preparation of our oil macerates (Pumice and Fenugreek oils), Sunflower oil makes your skin more radiant, soft and supple.

HE de Cyprès Cyprès essential oil tones the circulatory system thanks to its vasoconstrictor and décongestant action. Lemon essential oil Thanks to its limmon and beta-pine content, this essential oil is antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. A real pep boost! Beware, however, that limonene, although contained in many citrus fruits, is one of the compounds that can make an essential oil less well tolerated by the body.
